Dermal Fillers

Revance RHA®

Revance RHA® from Revance Aesthetics is quickly becoming an industry leader in filler technology. One of the leading filler companies in Europe and North America, their filler utilizes RHA® Preserved Network Technology.

Which produces a less-rigidly crosslinked gel designed to adapt to facial dynamics without compromising durability. The Teoxane RHA® Collection more closely resembles the natural hyaluronic acid (HA) found in skin.

Juvederm® by Allergan®

Juvéderm® is a collection of dermal fillers made from hyaluronic acid, approved for all skin types, which is used to add volume to various areas of the face, such as lips and cheeks, and to smooth out wrinkles. JUVÉDERM® is the most awarded filler collection in the US, and was actually the second synthetic filler to be made that was FDA approved to be injected into the skin. (The first was Restylane®) Results are typically visible immediately and can last from several months to up to two years, depending on the specific product used.

  • JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC is used to enhance volume loss in cheeks, and to improve chin profile , which delivers natural-looking results that last up to 1 year.
  • JUVÉDERM® Ultra Plus XC is used for injection into the perioral area to improve the disappearance of nasolabial folds and marionette lines.
  • JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA® XC is used for injection into the lips to improve their appearance.

SCULPTRA®

Bring out your youthful glow with SCULPTRA®. Not just another filler. SCULPTRA® is a biostimulatory aesthetic injectable that helps stimulate your own natural collagen production to smooth facial wrinkles and improve skin tightness, revealing a refreshed-looking you. Especially important for hollow cheeks and loose jowls, Sculptra boosts your natural collagen, and improves skin quality from the biostimulatory effects of poly-l-lactic acid, which is also widely used in medicine in dissolvable suture materials.

Bellafill®

Bellafill® is a permanent filler that is approved for cosmetic use and for acne scars, which produces beautiful results that last. Bellafill ® Cosmetic is approved by the FDA to smooth smile lines for up to 5 years. Bellafill® is also the only FDA approved long-term solution for acne scars, and has helped over 12 million patients suffering from acne scars. Its uniform 30 to 50 micron polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres are suspended within a base of smooth collagen gel. Once injected, it immediately adds volume below wrinkles or atrophic acne scars to lift them to the level of surrounding skin. As the body metabolizes the smooth collagen gel, it leaves behind the PMMA microspheres that form a scaffold to support the production of endogenous collagen to maintain volume and natural looking results long term. Through multiple clinical studies and post market surveillance, there is clear evidence of long term safety with Bellafill through 12 years. Dr. Roper has over 12 years of experience with this filler in her practice.
